Cultural diversity in post-Soviet region and European Union

Summary/Abstract: The terms of “culture”, “cultural diversity” are very important part of our modern developing society. Although fast development of our world, cultural diversity comes to change our daily life. This paper investigates the comparative analyze of the cultural diversity in the context of different regions such as EU and post-Soviet region countries and aims to provide broad guidelines about cultural policy for contributing to country development for these regions. The findings of this research show that the cultural diversity in different states can help to establish more effective cultural policy leading the regions to the development of cultural diplomacy of country. In this regards, the article contains detailed information about the introduction to the concepts of culture, cultural diversity as tool of world community, findings and analizing of cultural diversity in European Union, post-soviet regions, also in Azerbaijan as one of post soviet region. Implication of this study is emphasized that students, researchers, scientists, who closed this research, should have strong skills in cultural diversity for specific regions, and will have a chance for the development of their research projects in the future.
