Summary/Abstract: In this paper, the matters of investment management in territorial self-government, indicating the process of the activity of territorial self-government in accomplishing strategic objectives, are presented. The objective of this elaboration is to indicate the significance of an integrated system of investment management, which is a helpful tool of making the optimal decisions. In the part dedicated to application, the Wieliczka Economic Activity Zone, as an instance of an integrated system of investment management in commune, is discussed.
