Summary/Abstract: The aim of the paper was to try to present a role of the incentive travel as a tool for an assistance of employees’ management. The aim of the research, which chosen results were presented in the paper, was a trial to answer the question if the participants of the incentive travel projects consider that reward as a motivator to increase professional efforts. Verification the responses to research questions were obtained based on the results of authoress’ quantitative study performed among 176 participants of two incentive travels. Obtained results identify the incentive travel as a powerful tool of employees motivation.
