Summary/Abstract: This text presents a well-established democratic model of school governance in which students and parents acquire the status of equal partners and factors in the education and upbringing process with a decisive voice and an equal position. Smooth adaptation between the elementary and upper secondary stages; average score growth during the external assessment process in 7th grade; a steady zero dropout rate; well-established mentoring network – these are some of the results that the school reports at the end of a three-year “A new generation school – a space of shared management” innovation period.
