Summary/Abstract: The article focuses on selected folklore elements in Slavic Baroque poetry. It opens with an overview of the historical background, followed by a discussion and exemplification of folklore elements (among others: characteristic names, motifs of plants and animals, situations presented in texts, motifs of heart and brawl) which appear in anonymous Baroque works coming from two collected volumes.
