Summary/Abstract: Romanian interests were promoted and supported of the famous specialists in the domain, a remarcable contribution having profesor Dumitru Mazilu in double quality, of adjunct of the boss of romanian delegation at a II-a Conferince of Unite Nations on Law of the sea (1974- 1982) and member of Comitet of wording of Convetion on Law of the sea (1974-1982). After two decades, profesor Dumitru Mazilu, in some phrases appreciate, that the points of view expressed at the conferince reflected the interests of our country, without the violation of legitim interests of other states.
