Summary/Abstract: The digital era shifts the way trust is felt by people. On this basis is important to understand that the public communication strategies have to change in order to address more emotional to people. From the large variety of subjects of interest that these authorities communicate on, in the context of the late evolution of the state of law, it's important to address the corruption related communication. The perpetrators on this field tend to be perceived as victims, rather than authors of crimes.
