Summary/Abstract: Criminality involves the inevitable set of studies on crime, crime and victim, representing, by excellence, the object of study of general criminology - the set of crimes committed în a space and at a time. Crime is studied both în general criminal law and în special criminal law, where o ffenses a re s tudied by g roups according to the social value p rotected by the rule of law infringed by its execution, thus leaving crimes a gainst the person, property, against authority. The victim is studied as a physically, mentally or morally suffering person, being investigated also by his role of contributing to a crime.
