Summary/Abstract: The presented paper describes ergotherapy as expressive therapy. It also deals with the issue of terminology and the goals of ergotherapy. The paper also introduces ergotherapy for individuals with mental disabilities. The last part consists of practical examples of application in individuals with mental disabilities.
