Summary/Abstract: The paper is meant to analyse the legal content regarding the crime of misappropiation of public tenders provided by art. 246 of the Criminal Code. The authors express their opinion as regards the connections of the misappropiation of public tenders with other crimes, the consequences of the crime and the ways to redress this consequences.
