Summary/Abstract: Aim: The aim of this study is to determine the prefences of lean manufacturing applications applied in a manufacturing enterprise with the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and in this context, to determine which lean manufacturing technique applied in the enterprise is more important. Method: In order to achieve this aim, AHP method is used as a multi-criteria decision-making method. Findings: In this context, according to the comparisons made about the relevant criteria and alternatives in the enterprise, the criteria and alternatives are listed according to their priorities. As a result of these comparisons, a consistent result was obtained. Conclusion: Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) was determined as the most important technique among 11 different lean manufacturing application applied in the company, followed by Tempo Time, Standard Work and Value Stream Mapping.
