Summary/Abstract: The cultural and creative industries sector is an essential driving force of the Baltic Sea Region economy. This article presents a methodology for intellectualization, including phased assessment and use of the potential of internationalization of the clusters. It provides suitable templates of the estimation that can gradually improve the quality of the evaluation with the amount of available information. The methodology ensures transparency of the analysis and decision-making process. The presented methodology can be easily adapted to assess the potential of internationalized clusters in other sectors of the economy. Similarly, the potential of internationalization of cluster activities' concept is determined.
