Views on the legislative reform of Romania's national security system

Summary/Abstract: Legislative reform of the national security system faces, primarily internal problems. Internally, you can feel how a sensitive difference between what is reality legal system and current security environment. Moreover, there is confusion between the authorities and civil society on the conceptual delimitation of the phrases “national security” – “national security”, “national security – “national defense”, “national security- National Security Integrated”, “doctrine national security intelligence - doctrine of integrated intelligence,counterintelligence and security of NATO” etc. Next legitimate question arises: where do these inaccuracies in legislation and decision generating confusion among civil society and how they can be removed?
