Summary/Abstract: The semantic-grammatical category of impersonality in Russian has synthetic and analytical forms of expression - impersonal words and impersonal constructions. In the article functioning of analytical forms of impersonality is considered. The author distinguishes and describes three types of impersonal modal phrases-schemes, namely: nie + Nom, niet + Gen, nie do + Gen.
