THE PROBLEM OF UNDERSTANDING THE SOCIALIST REALISM IN THE CULTURAL-HISTORIC CONTEXT

Summary/Abstract: The work reveals stylistic features of socialist realism based on the novels of Soviet writers who received the Stalin prize. The analysis is based on description of the language units which are the key words for understanding the principles of the socialist realism in forming of the new person in the developing Soviet society. The work also exposes connection between the language and style of Russian social realistic novels in cultural-historic context.
