Summary/Abstract: Medical tourism is already a matter of national interest as well as international interest. More and more people with different health conditions, aware of the nature of their suffering, want to reduce their suffering, along with specific actions of tourism and recreation. By notifying this kind of needs, tourism workers combine their efforts with those in the field of health, offering niche services that combine recreation with medical recovery. Consequently, as many tourists interested in this kind of niche tourism mean higher revenues to local and state budgets, but also as many opportunities to enhance areas of social interest, by developing profitable activities adjacent to services, to which business people, local authorities and central state authorities adapt. And, as the range of complementary services becomes more and more attractive, niche medical tourism is becoming an increasingly interesting source of income and personal satisfaction.
