Summary/Abstract: The phenomenon of globalization is neither new nor original. All systems and processes tend to merge and balance, in a massive and homogeneous structure, but homogeneity, maximized, means, as is well known, most of the time, perish and very rarely transformation. Mankind’s forced march towards globalization is, for the time being, in the Babylonian phase.
