Summary/Abstract: Currently, human along with drugs and guns trafficking represents the main activities conducted by criminal organizations, being at the same time the most profitable ones.Along with border openings, the criminal organization acquired the right of free movement and transiting goods and ought to this situation they have expanded their monopoly.Considering the poor actual social-economic situation, Romania might be weighted as one of the main sources of victims who fall prey to human trafficking.Preventing, combating and investigating criminal organizations at both national and international level is in the assent of all states. The common working procedures between authorities and international regulatory acts at an international level, constitutes the first step in combating this phenomenon who unfortunately has grown in the last decade.
