Summary/Abstract: In the era of information technology development, we have begun to focus more on all kinds of innovations that can facilitate and simplify as well as improve our lives. Be it leisure, life and, of course, education. Now scientists and researchers are actively working to ensure that our lives become simpler and better, so they did not ignore the issues of education. For several years, innovations introduced for the development of quality training have been practiced. The main goal of such education is to prepare people for an ever-changing life in the modern world. The essence of this training is to direct the educational process towards the individual’s potential, as well as towards its implementation. The purpose and principles of open education are focused on preparing students for full and effective participation in the public and professional fields in the market economy. Currently, dozens of universities in the country are training specialists in the field of management and marketing of high-tech production, but this work is not very effective. Only a small number of graduates go to work according to their specialty; there are significant problems even with acquisition of technology transfer centers
