Summary/Abstract: This article examines the political socialization of youth in the context of the Interactive Internet media impact factor, which means online communication, including distribution of information materials by news editions, user feedback in the form of comments and formalized marks ("Like", score by the scale, etc.), as well as content, created by the users themselves (“Web 2.0”), and social interaction between them. Platforms for creating "user-generated" materials are also called social media. Social media which have reached a certain level of popularity, act as electronic mass media and have comparable with traditional media audience. The media occupy an important role among the institutions of socialization in the political sphere, accordingly, journalists, bloggers and the specific social media resources are the agents of political socialization. Political socialization is a complex of social experience assimilation processes of individuals, participation in the political life of the country and assimilation of norms and values characteristic of a given political culture. In this paper we analyzed the influence of Interactive Internet Media on the political socialization, based on the results of empirical research. In particular, it was interviewed 230 respondents — students in the 17-34 years of age through a specially designed questionnaire "Political socialization"
