Summary/Abstract: The feeling of love and the awareness of Homeland appears in man gradually, each approaching his feelings in his own way. Since his birth, being a small man, he tries to feel the love to the parents, and as he grows older, his attachment to his friends, to his house, to the street, to his village or to his city. When man accumulates experience and knowledge, he becomes aware of his belonging to the Homeland. Thus, the citizen is formed, the patriot is born. Depending on the way the person learns and accepts morals, the extent to which he relates his behavior and beliefs to the moral norms and principles in force, we can judge about the level of his morality. A mandatory moral norm for a mature personality is the presence of the feeling of responsibility for his behavior, activity, for the destiny of its people in general. The education of this feeling is one of the directions of work activity regarding the formation of the patriotic conscience, as precisely the patriotism as a feeling, which contributes to the awareness of the aforementioned responsibility by man
