Summary/Abstract: Introduction: Recreative using of trampolines as the spot for resting and relaxation of unprofessional sportive people is visible approximately from 1950 in USA. From its place of origin went trampoline on Australia and west Europe tour, later it strayed into eastern European countries. Several specialists in topic of children injuries has been led to monitoring and evaluation of accident rate due to occurrence of injuries during this activity Objective: The objective of this work is to present the statistical data from authors of repute regarding injuries on trampolines and the evaluation of known risk factors. Preventive measures, education about dangerous activities on trampolines is the most important factor for serious injuries prevention. Findings: The authors present the rules for sporting on trampoline, that are general for trampolines on all continents and in both locations where the trampoline can be present – at home or in special trampolines parks. Conclusions: The presentation introduces the information on history of trampoline jumping and current monitoring of accident rate during the favourite sport – trampoline jumping. The authors present the most frequent injuries locations, typical diagnosis of trampoline injuries, technical, organisational and medical preventive measures leading to limit the occurrence of injuries and later the consequences of injuries. The authors highlight the necessity of preventive measures based on statistical data evaluation of injuries during trampoline activities in private conditions as well – home trampolines and trampolines parks. Potential limitation of game, trampoline jumping and general rules for limitation of the occurrence of injuries, mainly those critical and serious, are defined.
