Summary/Abstract: The article presents the question of value in the company and its management to gain the optimal employee satisfaction. The author explains the terms and proves essence of employee satisfaction in the organization arguing that it implies profit for company and individual working in it. Profit is treat as a success – all that leads to “customer-client” loyalty, job satisfaction, efficiency. The author also presents a model showing the relationship between value, satisfaction, efficiency and employee loyalty. Describing the issue of “employee as a customer” the author show arguments about the validity and relevance of the theory. The article focuses on the term of “value” and its aspects as well as its economic implications.
