Summary/Abstract: This paper is short summary of British official development assistance in 2000-2015. The author starts with theoretician issues, definition of ODA and classification and then showing the world biggest donors. Two-stages analysis indicates that the United Kingdom is one of the biggest donor. Under this proposal, a narrative is built around its position and priorities of UK development policy. Analysis of sectors and geographical directions of flows shows that in 2000-2015 British are strongly involved in implementation of Millennium Goals and supported own politician and economics interests due to choosing specific recipients of ODA in three main regions.
