Summary/Abstract: The book Memories of the Apterous Peregrine is not only a unique literary work, but also a moving document of life. It is the story that could not be arrested. It has an unusual history and matrix space. It was conceived under the ground, a few meters below the grass, in the prisons of Jilava and Aiud, in the “academy” of the forty intellectuals with heavy sentences. The universe of the book is built on old myths and legends woven, this time, around the monasteries of Oltenia, and propensity for archetypal worlds almost takes the liturgical form of participation in ceremony of the sacred.
