Summary/Abstract: Marco Ivan Rupnik recounts in this interview how he became a Catholic Jesuit monk and also an artist, he describes the relationship between priesthood and art, in connection with a childhood memory of his father who ussed to bless the land he was about to work and the food. Ivan Rupnik sketches a portrait of Cardinal Thomas Spidlik, as spiritual father, and then he talks about his design of the tessellated iconographic project in the Cluj-Napoca Church of the Transfiguration.
