Summary/Abstract: The Teacher’s Education Center of the University of Wroclaw organizes and conducts classes which prepares PhD students for their didactic work with students in accordance with the internal regulations of the University of Wrocław and in accordance with the Higher Education Law Act (Journal of Laws of 2012, item 572) and the Regulation of the Minister of Science and Higher Education on education at doctoral studies at universities and scientific units (Journal of Laws from 2011, No. 196, item 1196). The purpose of this article is to analyze the results of the internal evaluation after the preparatory classes. The results of the evaluation of classes conducted at the Faculty of Philology and Biotechnology of the Wrocław’s University from 2016-2018 were analyzed. Many of issues were analyzed, such as meeting expectations, assessment of the affordability of knowledge transfer, the impact of the method of conducting classes on Communications and atmosphere, as well as the activity and cooperation of participants. It turned out that thanks to the program changes based on the evaluation, it was possible to get a better match of the classes to the needs of PhD students. We managed to arouse a greater willingness to recommending classes and to deepen knowledge on their own. We managed to increase the activity in the classroom and increase the emotional relation to the classes.
