Mith, reality and christian religious meaning of the phenomenon of death

Summary/Abstract: Death is a passage: physiologically, involves a passage from one kingdom to another; spiritually, death is a passage from the transience of this land, into heavens eternity as St. Ignatius says. Death is seen as an transformation from an existential regime to another. This methanoic passage involves a ritual which is equivalent to an initiation, through which the adaptation to another ontological level, to another existential reference system is made.Over time, empirical searches or research in this field, experienced various forms and developing based on where and when they were conducted, as an existential-humanistic epistemology. In Christianity, the whole darkness of death vanishes, turning into a wonderful clearness of eternal life. Hence, the Christian virtues of faith, hope and love (St. Paul, I Corinthians 13, 13), primordial pillars implanted into the ground of the mind merged with the heart, as three milestones of axiological and eschatological orientation on the road of human life.
