PERFORMATIVE SENTENCE AS THE OBJECT OF CONFRONTATIVE STUDY

Summary/Abstract: In the paper the author sketches the outline of a conception for a confrontative description of performative utterances in Russian and Polish. The general principles of this analysis have been defined as follows: 1) filling in the V perf. position, 2) the paradigm of the performative sentence, 3) the modification possibilities of this paradigm.
