Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the features of the development of complementary institutions to support innovative enterprises in the regions. The elements of the institutional infrastructure of innovation are analyzed. The features of the development of financing innovative enterprises in the regions and the constraints of this process are investigated. The directions of structural transformations, both of a specific region and the economy as a whole, are substantiated.
