Summary/Abstract: Inside any economic organization, people are interrelated, for as long as the individual performance affects and is affected by others’ performance. Interrelation needs coordination of activities through providing means, fact that will lead to the achievement of organizational objectives and coordination implies communication. In conditions of fast growth of a more and more efficient use of electronic means in information field, nature, content and the way of obtaining managerial and interpersonal relationships are changing. This article presents some typical problems management of an organization is facing and the three methods of communication: in written, verbal and electronic.
