Summary/Abstract: What is nationalization? Nowadays, the concept of nationalization has become so controversial and debated thus many of us depart from the true meaning of the term, preferring to remove from it a concept associated with economic crisis, the financial collapsed site and a decline overall financial system. In fact, nationalization is a natural economic cycle, a primary way - if you can call it this way - to redress an economic crisis and to save one of the most vital branches of the economy - the bank branch. This paper proposes an analysis of the concept of nationalization, focusing on the nationalization of banks, as major step in the process of economic crisis.
