Summary/Abstract: The study in fulfilling this theme is represented by the growing importance of the nowadays internationalization for the large economic entities, which have the necessity to attract a big number of customers and the main purpose of these ones being obviously the maximization of the profit and the observation who involves more and more in international business, expanding the economic operations on different markets, especially on external markets. At the foundation of the internationalization exists the expansionism of the forces of the market, the tendency of these ones to invade the environment without markets and to include this one in an economic system based on the mechanism of the market.
