Summary/Abstract: The Fish’s notion of interpretive Communities aims to demonstrate hermeneutic nature of knowledge. This concept is useful to explain the legal phenomenon. In legal field, there are different interpretive Communities in accordance with cultural traditions, with professional lawyers or lay(wo)men. Inside the interpretive Communities, the social players perform legal operations to establish legal answers. Judicial cases show the influence of interpretive Communities’s performance.
