Summary/Abstract: The right to use archival material possessed by public authorities is regulated by legal provisions which are in force. The right of access to information includes the right of the authorized person to request and receive information, as well as the obligations of public authorities to enable the use of the requested information. We know that archival material is kept, stored and used for educational, scientific, cultural, informational, professional work and for the needs of citizens, therefore the users are different, whether public or legal, they must adhere to a series of procedures until they come to its use. The right to use archive material has all users, with it, equal rights and defined by law. The user must make the request first then start using if the case that requires there is access to it for researchers as well. He does all this research in the reading room and there he adheres to certain rules and obligations. Its use is always in accordance with the law and the rules of access to certain subjects and to start its use in the reading room respecting all the rules required by the archival officer.
