Summary/Abstract: The human resources management also includes the use of corresponding rules, and in some situations, the respect of established and common procedure. The majority of these rules apply when the measures and activities are undertaken in the area of personnel policy. One of the basic principles of personnel policy is - the right man to be in the right place. This rule applies to managers, no matter in which management rank they are. One of the important determinants of motivation is not only the motivation of employees, that is subordinates, but also the motivation of managers, that is superiors. It is obvious that they are employed as well, with all the responsibilities that await them, with their hopes for the successful conduct of companies and their salaries. Their influence as content managers is essential for the employees in the company. In this paper, we are going to explain the motivation of managers, job satisfaction and leadership, and activities and influence of good managers on motivation of employees.
