Customer Accessibility to Communication Tools Used by Banks

Summary/Abstract: Today the quality of communication becomes more and more important. By developing business and creating new organizational branches it becomes quite difficult to formulate and keep precious relations in organization. A favorable microclimate of organization as a result of effec-tive communication is one of the main factors of organiza-tion’s success. Lithuanian business and the functions of communications influence country’s economy which intends to become stable in internal markets. The communication is a two-sided action, it is the process of communication and changing the information in the society which can be actu-alized both in written and oral speech. The communication is effective when information is received and understood as the sender wanted. The communication is very important when reaching company’s goals. The reason of that is that the main goal of communication is to influence other’s actions. For development of banks’ system and creating new services a significant implication make technology progress, the automation of credit companies, and usage of new communication tool by working with clients, new payment means development. Banks’ possibility to gain the profit is an initial security guarantee which prevents from risk. This risk may arise from banks’ business and which directly influence the customers’ choice. A big problem is insufficient security as today’s Internet technologies do not guarantee absolute security because trouble-free computers network security systems are not finished to create. This problem is topical for banks, some government institutions as well as for whole society as Lithuanian seldom or rarely uses banks’ services.
