Summary/Abstract: In the paper is presented the international marketing model of the international marketing analysis for technical-ly complicated industrial enterprises. The aim and tasks of the work are to appreciate the international marketing activities of dental equipment en-terprise, its executing strategies and perspectives, to analy-ze the peculiarities of the international marketing in indust-rial enterprises, the international marketing strategies in the markets of Russia, the Ukraine and Kazakhstan executing in the dental equipment enterprise. This paper is valuable for the leaders of industrial enterprises and specialists who fulfill the international marketing and solve the problems of the international mar-keting practically.
