Nonstandard syntactic constructions of the type "stare profesory wiedzieli", "młode doktory pytali" in Polish

Summary/Abstract: The subject matter of this article encompasses masculine-personal nouns (both common and proper nouns) and, more specifically, the opposition of their forms of the type "doktorzy" - "doktory" which is observed in nominative plural. The article is devoted to non-standard syntactic constructions in which forms of the type "doktorzy" and "doktory" join with forms improper from the point of view of the system (ci Moniuszki, profesory wiedzieli). Such constructions, however, appear in usage and are justified by actual meaning factors.
