Summary/Abstract: Turkish spoken by the Turks from Anatolia to the Balkans, is developed by placing the natural thing to have lived the same integrity as the Anatolian Turkish language in all developmental stages. But this is also a fact that people coming from Anatolia Turkish people are not all in the same region. Therefore, some minor language differences between them (differences in mouth) is not differente from today. Thus, different region of the local people here in our region that today has brought about the language feature in Turkish can be connected to this point because of the different regions of a different speech. Today we face a different language features that cause it to bind only in the historical development of language is not correct. This is one of the only reasons. But the biggest reason, as a result of contact with the locals slowly to Turkish entry into their language features that today the biggest problem faced by Turkish-speaking region, other languages and cultures pressures in a multilingual environment .this became inevitable effect of causing the formation of the Kosovo and Macedonian Turkish Mouths.These effects such as sound knowledge of dialects, the format information, words, we see the presence of mention. This work was compiled for a doctorate study doing research I performed on the text. We Try to show examples of different forms of standard suffixes used in Turkish.
