Summary/Abstract: The need for the state institution has been and will be a topic of discussion among theorists in the field. Questions about the role and functions of the state, the limits of the state or the modernization of the state may currently receive, in the Covid stage 19, other answers than those formulated prior to the emergence of the SarsCov2 virus. We were trying to demonstrate in the paper why we consider that the institution of the state has remained and, especially, will be equally important for man and human society, especially after Covid-19.
