Summary/Abstract: Three areas of introducing a new ideology to the institution of the A. Mickiewicz State Men’s Gymnasium in Vilnius are shown: familiarizing the teaching staff with the ideology, creating conditions for students to develop individuality and independence while focusing on team collaboration, and implementing the concept of state and civic education for extracurricular activities and youth organizations.
