Summary/Abstract: It is no secret that today the ‘legal context’ of each person plays a significant, if not paramount role in any sphere of life. The authors do not want to claim that this issue is new and has emerged recently in scientific legal treatment, because in certain formats or angles it has been the focus of representatives of legal doctrine and legal practice in different space-time coordinates. The purpose of this study is to find out how the legal world is shaped and how effective legal monitoring and legal forecasting are. It is an axiomatic thesis that the topic explored was only superficial, without proper justification and analytical conclusions. Awareness of law today is an important component of a worldview. The research clarifies the essence of legal awareness and its combination with the concept of legal socialization in the direction of legal policy.
