Summary/Abstract: Turkey was the first state that recognized the independence of Kyrgyzstan in 1991. Between two states exists cooperation opportunities in many fields. In the literatur, Turkish-Kyrgyzstani relations researched generally with their economic and political dimensions. This study is written to answer the following question: To what extend does influence Turkish language the Turkish Kyrgyzstani relations as a means of soft power? This study has based generally on the primary and secondary sources as well. The Data obtained from the websites of the institutions such as Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency and Presidency for Outside Turks and Related Communities were subjected to qualitative content analysis. Also the author used interviews and observations from the field research which conducted in Kyrgyzstan. In the first part of the study, the concept of soft power is explained. In the second part, the relations between Ankara and Bishkek are briefly outlined. Thereafter, role of the Turkish language in Turkish-Kyrgyzstani relations was examined.
