Summary/Abstract: The paper analysis deals with the importance of criminal conduct in the criminal investigative process in the Crime Scene investigation and Forensic examination. It analyzes the need to use specific procedures necessary to maintain the chain of evidence, i.e., specific expert assumptions, necessary to allow certain evidence to be used within a particular judicial proceeding. The authors point out the necessity of the existence of certain written standards for the activities of officials performing specific forensic activities when conducting Crime Scene investigations and Forensic expert assessments.
