Summary/Abstract: This article presents the tasks to be carried out by a pre-school teacher after changes in the law from the school year 2018/2019.The author shows specific tasks and responsibilities of teachers that result from applicable provisions of Polish educational law. An extremely important element is referencing to specific provisions contained in laws and regulations that impose on the teacher specific tasks resulting from Educational policy of the state.
