Summary/Abstract: The piano work on which we are dwelling, belonging to theItalian pianist and composer Rendano, is a piece of atmosphere, composedin the style of late Romanticism with accents of Scriabin andRachmaninov's pianism. Other than the best known ones, in the pianoliterature there are compositions for the left hand that deserve ourattention and one such creation we are presenting in the following pages. It is an improvisational piece, its structure being that of a tripartite liedbuilt on the tonal center A major. The piano interpretation of the creationsfor the left hand (and therefore of the presented work) involves solvingthe different and difficult problems that they raise for the performers. Webelieve that the deepening of such a valuable work can only serve pianists.
