Summary/Abstract: The second part of hereby study is dedicated to a practical endeavour, namely applying the theoreticalrules of establishing causation to several real life cases. Some of the issues that are analysed include causationin cases where several workers breach their work related obligations, causation in the case of illegally issueddocuments and causation in the specific case of magistrates and police officers. The study seeks to prove theutility of applying the rules of objective imputation in such cases and to establish a theoretical framework thatcan have practical implications, based on several types of work related scenarios.
