Criminal liability for providing healthcare services without entitlement using modern technologies – selected issues

Summary/Abstract: Nowadays, technology which is used in medicine makes the quality of life better, but also is related to the risk, such as database loss, hacking, as well as health service served by a person who is not qualified. It is clear that a person whi is not qualified and served health service is legally responsable for such crime. However, it is difficult to analise if a person who committed a crime „hacking” is also responsable for a different crime – health service served by a person who is not qualified. It seems that such person can be classified as a form of aiding.
