Summary/Abstract: Legal interconnected systems facilitate the protection of IP objects throughpatents, copyrights and trademarks, which allows people to seek recognition or financial reward fortheir work. By balancing the interests of inventors and the general public, the IP system promotes anincrease in the conditions for flourishing of creativity and innovation. Artificial intelligence (AI) isincreasingly manifesting itself as an incentive for progress in business technologies. It is used moreand more frequently in various branches and has an impact on all creativities. The development ofAI is favored by the availability of large amounts of databases for training and the increase ofavailable computing power. IA has common ground with intellectual property (IP). In the context ofinnovative economic globalization, the demand for IP rights - patents, trademarks, industrial designsand copyrights - is growing rapidly and is becoming more in demand. To overcome the challenges ofIP, the potential of artificial intelligence (AI), analytical processing of big data and new technologiessuch as blockchain are used. AI is a growing incentive for progress in technology and business. It iswidely used in a variety of industries: from telecommunications to unmanned vehicles
